My stay here was pretty good. the hotel was quiet and everything was nice. Although, I have to say, a couple of the staff members weren't very friendly. the room with a queen bed and pull out couch had all the amenities I needed. 🌟

Housekeeping could be a little more attentive. Supplies in bathroom were not replaced. Coffee area in room was not cleaned and coffee was not replaced, I had to go to front desk a couple of times to get coffee refills for the next morning.

We were given a good-sized and brand-new room with internet and a pull-out couch, for instance. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge were available. The staff seemed very helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. The location was good for traveling around Pearland and right by Houston.

The facility was excellent - very nice rooms, great breakfast, new and clean. Outside of our check in experience, all the staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

Check in was a nightmare, and the staff member wasn't honest with us. First we waited an hour just to get in our room as we were told that they hadn't received notification of our online booking. Then we were given a room with a king instead of the two queens we had reserved, to which the staff member said that the hotel was full and online reservation (that previously we were told hadn't come through) said we reserved a king - even though the printout in our hand clearly showed the 2 queens. At this point, I was frustrated, but might have been appeased had an offer been made to discount our bill, but nothing was offered - the blame was passed to us for having booked online! This was a very unfortunate start as all other aspects of our stay were good, but the check in experience put a bad taste in our mouth from the beginning.

The room had a pull-out couch and the bed was really comfortable, plus the breakfast was good and the staff were respectful.

This new hotel is fantastic, the staff is great, and the food choices are excellent - thanks for a great stay!

The location was great, to MANY places to eat, convenient to go everywhere. Units with 2 queen size beds.

The rooms are big. The bathroom is big also. The bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Close to shopping area. I would stay again.

I had stayed there for a week before and the only complaint I have is that the cleaning ladies would come sometimes too late. Sometimes that would not clean up until after 3:00 P.M.

It was big and beautiful the room was nice and clean and the young lady that work at the front desk was very sweet and nice

This place is conveniently located close to the peaceful countryside vibes of the area, as well as nearby shopping stores and multiple malls.
